Terms of Use
Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on InvoiceBro or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use our services.
2. Account & Access
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is linked to an organization (tenant). You may not share your credentials with third parties.
3. Subscription & Billing
InvoiceBro offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, you may choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in time. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InvoiceBro for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading invoicing. You may not use the service to send spam, distribute unlawful content, or disrupt platform operations.
5. Intellectual Property
The InvoiceBro platform, including design, code, and branding, is owned by Altus Delta PH. All data you enter (customers, invoices, products) remains your property.
6. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Your data is stored in secure data centres within the EU. Each organization (tenant) has full data isolation — your data is not accessible to other users.
7. Data Portability
You can export your data at any time in common formats (PDF, CSV). Upon account termination, you may request a full data export.
8. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceBro is provided "as is." We are not liable for errors in tax calculations, accounting results, or loss of revenue resulting from use of our service. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and tax filings at all times.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of violation of these terms.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
